SlotZar/ZAR Casino : Blocked R5000 withdrawal, invented **** VIP1 rule to get R350 deposit

I deposited R50 and got a R75 bonus. Won R5000 playing slots. When I tried to withdraw, Live Chat said "VIP0 cannot withdraw" and I must "deposit 350 ZAR to upgrade to VIP1 before you can withdraw the entire amount."

BUT their own T&Cs say: 1. Bonus only needs 8x wagering - no VIP mentioned 2. My VIP page shows I already met Level 0 [50/0] 3. VIP Rule 3 says only "1 round of betting" needed

When I asked support for: 1. Proof of wagering completion 2. Max cashout amount 3. Is my balance Bonus or Real Money

They ignored all 3 questions and just repeated "deposit 350 ZAR"

This is a classic advance fee ****. They invent rules not in T&Cs to get more deposits. Clause 5 lets them void winnings anyway.

I've reported them to the National Gambling Board. Screenshots attached.

DO NOT deposit if they ask for money to "unlock" withdrawals. You will not get your money. Licensed SA casinos like Hollywoodbets don't do this.
