****** of R1700 in withdrawals

The first time I experienced the problem was 9/6/21. I made a deposit the previous day and won R400 n requested to withdraw, played on and withdrew again R400. Meaning I have 2 payments pending (169776 & 169741 are the ref numbers). I then played on activating bonus and free spins using loyalty points where both my withdrawals were rejected. I deposited again now the 3/10 played and won R900 (194424) just to see in my statement its flushed. It seems as though after withdrawing you shouldn't play on or activate any bonus afterwards as it seems its cancels everything.
