Denying winning withdraw R3000

I have played at ZAR CASINO and won R3000 jackpot small but I won.

ZAR CASINO is begin ******** by trying to demand that I am not titled to the winnings.

Their agents first approved it.

Then all of a sudden the finance department reluctantly denied My winnings

I have emails and correspondence between myself and ZAR CASINO'S agents

According to the rules and regulations on site does not correspond with the rules and regulations that they send me via email
