Poor customer service

Filled in the online contact form TWICE and on both occasions I received an email promising that someone would get back to me in 72 hours, the last one was two weeks ago and still waiting... I don't know why they bother with these promises or online forms if it doesn't get the potential customer anywhere and is nothing but a complete waste of time.
