Disappointing Experience with ZAPROP and Agent Keba Ngobeni

I recently had a disappointing experience with ZAPROP, specifically with the agent Keba Ngobeni (mobile number ***), who assisted me in purchasing a home in Soweto. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from satisfactory. Keba misled me regarding the handover process of the property. She assured me that an ******* occupier—who is actually a relative of the seller—would vacate the house once it was registered in my name. This turned out to be untrue, and I found myself unable to access my new home while still having to pay the bond. Keba's excuses about not being aware of the situation felt insincere, especially since she should have known about the occupier before the sale. Overall, I feel that I was given a bad deal and left to deal with significant financial strain due to Keba's lack of transparency and professionalism. I would not recommend her services to anyone looking to buy a property.
