Agent Commission to be paid

My name is Lindokuhle, i was working for Zaprop for 2 years and early this year i was reported by my friend at work while i was in Hospital regarding an issue that she asked me to help her with, but when the issue ended up at work ,they invited for hearing of which i did attend twice and they ended up releasing me....i did leave the Company without any drama....but i was told that because i was not release because of any private deal , that i will still get my money when all the properties i have with them register. but i was surprise that when i sent a WhatsApp to Charlene Morgan and Mark Norris on the 02/05/2024 to asked them when can i expect my commission regarding a property that registered on 30/04/2022 ,they both block me, so on the same day i decided to sent all of them an email and send the screen short to Margaret Norris on WhatsApp, on the 03/02/2024 I got a WhatsApp message from Margaret Norris stating that i wont get my commission because of the damage i cause to her Company and private rental i did.....so I rep**** to her and ask her to proof to me which private Rental did i do and how much was i getting from that money and she refused to tell me and she said that i should do what ever. i even ask her what exactly does she want from me because she also badmouth me with the Company i was with recently so they had to release me.

I am not fighting with the Company all i want is my commission that i worked for and deserve it,
