Zappy Chef / Zappy Ware

I have had a very unpleasant experience with Zappy chef aka zappy ware. I placed my order on 1 Nov 2019 and it is now 2 December 2019. I’ve asked for numerous updates and all I get back is that the terms states 8-27 working days. At the time that I ordered, this information was not available and when I enquirer about it, I was told it’s on the site (while this is now true, this information was added after the effect and the date on the article proves this). I still have no clear indication of when my order will arrive. The latest update is that it’s now 8-27 working days plus an additional 1-4 days for processing. The terms keep updating. When I’ve tried to write reviews, it gets moderated and as a result there are no honest ratings for the products or companies. The existing reviews are all written within a few days of each other and nothing before or since. I ordered the Faith Hope Love top and it cost R599. That is not cheap and especially not for this level of service.
