Victim of theft

Hi I am very disappointed with the service I received from Zappy ware. I placed an order in December 2019 with 5 items with a total cost of + R2000. I have only received 2 items from the entire order and have sent numerous emails to support@zappyware querying the order. Unfortunately the emails are bouncing back and error coming is email server is not found. I was ******* into believing this is a local site and I placed my order with a reputable site. It now seems like I was a victim of theft which is totally not acceptable.
