zapper transactioned failed but moneys taken from my bank account

Bad service, i have used this for 3 transactions and 2 did not go throiugh. The third as per zapper was unsuccessful and was not paid to the 3rd party, however the moneys was taken out of my bank account - i have proof from payfast that the transaction went through but Zapper says it failed.

i have sent all the docs required to show them that the transaction went through from the bank side and payfast side so what is up zapper

very disapointed. this is not a small amount and i need this to be resolved asap
