Zapper take another 12.5% after tip amount has already been added

Bill on app shows 0% tip and R0 tip value but when you hit pay the amount has increased by 12.5 %. Mugg and Bean do not have the icon on the till slip so one has to scan the stand on the table. Manager agreed that it is a problem. No response to e-mail complaint
