Zapper should pay my funds

There were some money that supposed to be settled in my account up to now I haven't recieved it.i recieved a email on the 9th of April stating my settlement it's on its way I waited for 3days nothing happened I logged a complain regarding this and I've been told that the money was sent.i went to the bank and got a bank statement nothing showed.i called zapper again and logged a complain again they gave me a ticket number 73312 and they will get back to me i waited nothing i emailed zapper company no response I called again they said they looking into the matter they will call me today nothing again I emailed them nothing still.i was told to send a screen shot of the transaction I did all nothing still.bad service
