Zapper ripped me off!!!
Hello... Itseso frustrating when an app you have recommended to everyone in your life starts to disappoint you with it's service like zapper did... So I used it to pay and the app is claiming that the transaction didn't go through even though my bank sent me an SMS that they took the mobey....They not responding to my emails so how do I not only call everyone I have recommended this app to but also warn everyone else with my social media should they not fix this cause it's blatantly *****ing from me basically!!!

11 Sept 2020, 09:46So two days later and still haven't gotten my money back... They had the audacity to tell me that their bank investigated and found that they are insufficient funds in my account.... Just imagine even after after showing them a bank notification showing that they took the money... Cz I'm stupid enough to use a service knowing I dontvhave the funds for it then emailing them... Then if cz I sent them my bank statement which clearly proves they took that money.... And was told sorry for the inconvenience the bank is looking into it yet again.... Ag this is so frustrating you know the incompetence if it all why do you have to resort to ******** people like this when you make so much money already?South Africa has a cimoabiesig companies ******** us for what?? Why can't u just provide the service without any shenigaans? I really liked this app but clearly to good ti be true... Luckily for me ir wasn't alot of money I was only using it for hollybets.... I was even considering using it for other services thank God I didn't cause imagine if I had would have Lost far more.... I'm going to leave reviews about zapper on every review site.... I'm going to put this experience in all my social media platforms.... I'm going to warn everyone I recommended this app to.. This is an outrage I'm fuming!!!
