Zapper just doesn't work

I am saddened to report that I downloaded zapper again after deleting the app from my phone years ago because of erratic transaction services. So I thought I would give them a second chance. I downloaded the app again and tried a transaction this morning. Guess what transaction declined! I have used snapscan for years and never had a problem. Come on Zapper this is bad I'm going to delete this app again if this continues.
