Zapper COMPLETE failure and inefficiency

I have had a HORRIFIC experience where I paid for a flight via Zapper. The transaction doesn’t go through, I call the bank, they tell me it’s been paid to Zapper and give me an authorization number, I look for a Zapper contact and the landing page has been removed so don’t know who to contact. The trouble now is that there is 3rd party involvement and everyone’s pointing a finger at someone else and the purpose of Zapper is to make your life Easier ...not more difficult. If people understand this they will certainly not take the risk to use 3rd party payment platforms. I eventually get hold of a call centre and they tell me they will ‘escalate’ the query (we all know that that means more waiting and no one to take accountability). It’s over an hour now and as expected no return call and I’m sure my booking has been cancelled due to their inefficiency. Lesson is to not use them at all and involve a 3rd party where more can go wrong and the customer has no one to talk to to sort it out.
