Zapper changes contracts on their merchants with out prior consultation
I own a small restaurant. Zapper has decided to change from our original contract. It has increased the commission, added monthly fees and changed settlement dates. Is this even legal? I am thinking of cancelling my contract with with them. I was informed that they would keep the original commission but subsequently informed that senior managment had changed their minds.

Hi Ingrid Thank you for enquiring with the support desk regarding the new Zapper pricing. Unfortunately all Zapper merchants will have to migrate to one of the two new plans.Our new plans are structured into two categories (Free or Paid). The new Business Plan proposes a transaction fee for Flavours Restaurant of 2.6% with a monthly fee of R150.The business pricing structure is aligned with monthly Zapper turnover on a sliding scale (Please see attached) and comes with the following additional benefits:
