Refund on ********** transaction

********** transactions were made with my zapper account. I informed the bank and zapper immediately. Zapper contacted me and asked that I withdraw the case from the bank as it will lengthen the process the refund the transactions. 4 of the 5 transactions were refunded and the other not. I have been waiting and following up since October 2017. Now I can’t involve the bank as the time to report it has lapsed.

Seems like I will never het my money back for Zapper even though they promised it would. Very disappointing
