Poor Costomer support
So in August I went to Total garage to buy some snacks and used zapper to pay. Apparently the payment didn't go through so I had to scan to pay again. After scanning for the second time they told me that the payment still didn't go through, at that time I decided to just swipe my card and use it to pay. After arriving home, I took a look at my balance and to my surprise, those two zapper payments were charged on my card. I contacted zapper about a refund and they asked me to send them proof of payment which I did. They also verified the payments and timestamp on their system. This all happened in the 30th of August and I still haven't heard back from them ever since. I've been sending them more emails but I'm not getting any update. This zapper thing is not reliable at all. Buy the way, when I went back to the garage the following day, the Zapper machine was not even working, it was off and it looked broken

On Friday someone from the company called me and told me that I will get the refund before the end of the day. So when I received an email asking for my account number, I thought that it was indeed going to get resolved. Unfortunately I was wrong. I believe nothing has changed as I'm still waiting on you guys. I honestly don't think this is the way to do business
