Disgusting service from Zapper

I made a purchase through zapper on the 11th of July 2023 of R2048.00. They were having issues with their system and my supplier never received the payment. I was informed by Nobuhle that they received payment but the supplier never did. They further escalated the issue and I was informed that their processor cancelled the transaction and that the funds would be returned within 7 days, I was informed on the 19th of July 2023 that I should have recieved it by tomorrow, tomorrow being the 20th of July 2023 and it still did not reflect in my account. I am still waiting 7 days since the 20th when it was promised. I have emailed their escalation desk and support (Nobuhle) daily and still received no feedback r correspondence from them.
