disappointed

i opened a zapper account last year sometime in the name of a rehab facility and have not used it since i have opened it.

i have sent emails upon emails trying to cancel this subcription to no avail. not only do they not respond they send me invoices every month and then deduct their subscription every month.

this is the last resort, i need this to go away asap because it is taking money away from needs to be done.
