Zappas Loftus worst experience of my Life. Wanted to book for Christmas Lunch, the person answering the phone couldn't even take down my email address, spoke to another person who promised to email me the Menu, it never happened. Wrote an email to management and they never answered.

I haven't had the opportunity to eat there but just as well, if they treat people like this I would not want to eat there.
