How are they still open for business?

It was my son's birthday on Sunday and on Friday I tried to book. I googled to get their phone number and apparently they have an app with the menu, and you can book. I booked via the app, I never got a reply so I tried phoning.... "sorry the number you have dialed is not available and the box is full so no messages bla bla. So I tried the app again... Sunday we arrived and was told sorry no phones, no access to bookings via app but they will quickly arrange a table. It was THE WORST SERVICE AND FOOD EVER! They took our menu's before we ordered, they got the orders wrong, we never received our sauces, the steak was a tough as leather. Honestly nobody enjoyed their food it was just tasteless, we ended up just throwing sauces on and eventually ended up taking doggy bags literally for the dogs! I will NEVER go back again. This is the second time my brother was there and received such pathetic service and really poor food.
