Order not delivered

I placed an order online last year December for an Electric Hair Curler Wand with Three Barrels. my order was placed and paid on the 1st December 2017 and to date 15 February 2018 I have not received my parcel nor any response from the customer service that I have emailed. If you are not going to deliver what people pay for, why are you rendering a service and *****ing money from people?
