ZAP SAT Portuguese TV : Don't waste your money!

I would like to warn everybody out there that ZAP SAT Portuguese TV channels are a complete waste of money! I subscribed for my dad and paid in advance. When I tried to cancel the contract due to the death of my father, I was sent from pillar to post and 10 months later I'm still waiting for my refund. They don't answer to any messages sent by email or WhatsApp!
