The worst customer care I've experienced. Have I been ****med?

I paid on 5 December. On the 6th, I received a whatsapp requesting R 180 for shipping which I paid. Please note their website says free shipping. To date I've had zero communication updating me about my order status. In summary: 1. Negligent (showing a careless lack of attention) 2. *********** (lacking the skill or ability to do the job) 3. Unresponsive (failing to reply or act) 4. Inefficient (wasting time and resources) 5. Dismissive (treating your concern as unimportant)

****. Placed an order on the 29th of November 2025. Delivery was supposed to be within 2 - 5 working days. No sms or email.
