They provided a quote which I wanted to confirm and proceed with. I contacted them via WhatsApp and phone calls. They commit to getting back to you but they don't. Communication is very poor. 2 days before the move date, they stopped taking my calls completely. That left me searching for another company to move me at the last minute.
