Disappointing Service & Bad Attitude

Disappointing Service and very bad attitude from staff!!!! Once you receive your quote, you are forced to make full payment before they start on your order and collection can be done. You even give a sample to make sure they cut to size. Their terms and conditions state the following:

The customer shall upon receipt of the order inspect the product and inform Zanogen in writing, within 10 days of receipt of any discrepancies. It is the responsibility of the customer to check that the sizes, holes and other important details required are correct on this quotation and acceptance of this quotation means that all the conditions have been read and accepted.

I took the liberty to not even notify them in writing, I took the product back to show them that they have "under cut" as per original sample. Then Ashwin has the audacity to arrogantly state that it is not his problem that the end product is not as per original requirements. VERY CLEVER I would say to first take your money but then won't take the responsibility when they f*** up your fully paid product. Then what is the use of giving your requirements if they anyway end up cutting the product to whatever they feel like?????

The website shows 70 years of experience, but it takes 1 arrogant staff member to break down the company reputation that the owner took years to build.
