How Rude and unprofessional can Zanny tops be when they make continuous mistakes!

We have dealt with Zanny Tops 5 times. Each time the spelling was incorrect, the customer service non existent, the personnel unfriendly etc etc. This last experience was the worst by far! My business partner actually creates the vector image, in doing so makes Zanny tops work even less. Once again we received shirts back that did not have all we had requested and sent through. My business partner once again had to drive there to attempt to rectify the situation. He was civil, polite and was basically told that the problem lay by us???!!?? The Owner then refused to assist any further gave my business partner his money back and told him to get the f%$# off his property. I have never encountered such unprofessional, rude and down right arrogant business etiquette, or lack thereof. I have coordinated work for a separate business entity who unfortunately also chose to use Zanny tops, they too experienced unsatisfactory service and not what they requested!
