Zane Complex Secunda constant loud noise!

This serves as a warning for anyone who is considering renting at Zane Complex. The noise levels especially over weekends is apalling! People are allowed to play high volume music with intense bass during all hours of the day especially late at night. This is in spite of a complaints line in the complex. When confronted people are openly hostile and show complete disregard for rules. This is no place for normal people to stay in! Stay away!
