ZERO Response

I ordered a handbag off the Zando website in December 2015 and when it arrived the long strap that was displayed in the image on the website was not in the packaging. I tried calling the help centre over a period of 3 weeks and never got through. I emailed them on the day of delivery to say that I was not happy and twice after that and it is now February 2016 and I have had absolutely NO response from them in any way shape or form. This is completely unacceptable. Will never buy from Zando again and neither should anybody else. I will be passing this message on to all of my friends too.
