Zando...shocking customer service.

Service is shocking to say the least. I tried to place an order for next day delivery to Stellenbosch on Wednesday. 2 Very long conversations with customer service staff and about 10 tries later it seems that "overnight" or "2 day" is not an option for Stellenbosch even though it is considered a "main center". To add insult to injury, the warehouse is based in Cape Town and they had stock available of the items I required.

I finally managed to place the order just past 4 on Wednesday and then the office was closed. I was expecting a call on Thursday morning... nothing happened. When I finally managed to get hold of them, another 20 minute wait on the phone, I was told that they will have the items delivered Today... Friday.

After phoning them this morning, I was told that they are unable to deliver.... What the hell people.

Bottom line. I will NEVER use them again. I could still understand if they were straight with me from the get go on Wednesday. They were not. They took my money and then sent me from pillar to post for nothing. The items was for a function this weekend...
