Zando's service is the worst

I've recently decided to shop online for the first time and seriously I have received the worst service ever from Zando. I placed an order on the 26th of November and after placing my order the site had a reply stating that orders will take up to 5 days to be processed and delivered due to black Friday specials. I was cool with it and I could relate to it, it's super busy during that period and it was a standard delivery service. It's now the 5th of December and I haven't received my order. I mailed their service centre about 10 times to receive a ****py response that due to high volumes from black Friday deliveries are delayed and I will still receive my order in time????? Like seriously it's well beyond the expected delivery date. I then get another response from the same consultant saying my expected delivery date will be the 10th of December despite me requesting that my order needs to be delivered to me today....

Just a heads up, Zando's service is pathetic
