Zando's Service is PATHETIC

My name is Bridgette Ngobeni. I ordered something from Zando and the 8th of this month,I requested a return for the purchase I've made and from the 8th until today the 17th of May,it still hasn't been collected. In this week alone from the 14th of May,i have been calling zando speaking their consultants and everyday until today I've been told that the parcel will be collected, NEVER have I EVER received such a PATHETIC Service.Im also a regular buyer at Superbalist and Spree and I have sent back stuff countless times,And the service has been VERY GOOD, I've never had any problems returning stuff to Spree and Superbalist before.I'm really very angry and very disappointed with Zando,the service is VERY SHAMEFUL.

I want them to contact me on my email address which is ********** and when I say them I'm not talking about consultants,I'm talking about their seniors,I want them to explain to me their PATHETIC SERVICE and also send me a flight ticket so I can take the parcel to them MYSELF.
