ZANDO’s **** RETURNS SERVICE

I have requested a return collection an item I need refunded, but no one helps me! I have emailed ZANDO repeatedly to ask them to help me but my emails and queries simply get marked off as ‘resolved’, but my problem has NOT BEEN SOLVED! I cannot call ZANDO because their customer services line has been suspended. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET HELP IF THERE IS NONE??? I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOUR **** COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL DEFINITELY NOT PROMOTE OR REFER YOU. I will, instead, continue purchasing from Takealot, with whom I have had ZERO issues over the past 4 years. Sort this out ASAP! Collect parcel and refund me!
