Zando's popularity means poor customer service

ZANDO is in breach of contract. They say delivery within 5-7 working days. Today is the 7th day and the warehouse has ONLY received my order today. I have since cancelled my order. This is typical of companies who gain popularity and then customer service is a mere second thought if a thought at all. I will take my frustration to social media. I will share my experience with all my friends and family. Better service is received from Superbalist and Spree.
