Zando's poorest service

I placed an order at Zando, they said delivery will take place within 3-5 days, I took more than that, well I thought the reason it took that long was because it had to be delivered in Limpopo, so I tried placing an order again on 23 April 2019, and delivery had to take place within 3-5 days because I chose COD method, I got an email on 25 April that it has been handed over to the couriers, its the 2nd of May 2019 and I have not received my order as yet. Zando has the worst servicer ever, I mean I placed 2 orders on the same date for Zado and Superbalist and my superbalist order has been delivered already. Their service is the poorest and I promised myself that I will never ever order anything from them ever again.
