ZANDO’s pathetic customer service and support

I’m starting to think that buying through ZANDO is a mistake. I’ve been waiting over a week for my order! When you make an order - you’re told that it will take 3-5 days - yet I’ve waited over 7 days... also there is no customer support. I’ve sent emails and I’ve called the support number - where ive waited for over 30min!!! And still received no help! ZANDO really needs to look at their customer service and customer support.
