Zando's Customer Service is a joke - I recommend everyone to shop at Superbalist

I made an online purchase on the 1st of June - with my credit card, and the money was deducted the same day. Today its the 5th of June and I am trying to get an answer form Zando, but the info i get is: "we waiting for payment confirmation". My bank confirm that its nothing wrong on my side, and that Zando should have received the money instantly.

Please can you ship my damn order.
