Zando,not to be trusted,*****!

I ordered two pairs of shoes and requested a return & received a voucher. I then created another order using my voucher. The shoes were delivered to my nearest PostNet but by the time i went to collect, a return request was made for the shoes to be returned to the Zando warehouse. Who authorized this request? What about my money (voucher)? Why can't I track the return on the system? This is *****! I want those shoes or my money back.You guys don't return emails or answer your calls also lately. I have been a loyal customer and I'm highly disappointed. YOU ARE *******!!!
