Zando(Jumia) delivery failure

Still waiting on my order from 25th March. I got an email from them 11 days ago stating that the order had been handed over to the couriers for delivering and that it would be delivered within 3-5 working days, still waiting. For comparison ordered something from takealot the weekend after the lock-down level went from 5 to 4 and i got it within the week. The annoying thing is that the order status hasn't changed since March and there's no way for one to contact them for my issue using their contact forms(subject lines aren't in line with my issue).
