Zando..Excellent Service

I bought a pair of winter boots from Zando. Received it the next day.Excellent Service. When i received the boots it did not fit. Phoned Zando who logged a return and fetched the boots early next morning. So often we complain about poor service, however Zandos excellent service super-ceded my expectations.
