Zando Zero Service

Zando has the most appalling courier company. An order of of mine has been out on delivery since the 27th December, I still haven't received it. Three calls to ********** 636 each agent telling me they have instructed the couriers to phone me but they don't. I won't buy from them anymore and I will also tell my friends and family about shocking service.
