Zando Zero Customer Service

I order boots on the 28 May 2020. Was promised delivery by 11 June. Up to today nothing has been delivered! I have tried phoning, emailing and even facebook. On email i was told that they would get back to me on delivery. Never did and still havent. I requested that the order be cancelled begining of July. I was told it would be done and now 21 days later i have received nothing. No follow up, no refund, nothing. The worst service i have ever received and covid is no excuse! Takealot still delivers perfectly! Do not ever use this company! Worst service and they ***** your money!
