Zando-Worst online shopping

Zando Online Shopping is the worst company to shop online from. Imagine placing an order on Saturday and you receive your orders the following week on Monday. No one responds to emails,no one answers the customer care phone. Spree and Superbalist never disappoint. I paid for my order on Saturday using eft and immediate eft to be exact, even now funds have not yet reflected in their bank account. As for returns, you log a return to be picked up, you will only get an email but no one will come pickup that return. Where is customer service there? Zando needs to take care of their customers otherwise they will lose all of them.
