Zando - Worst customer service

I emailed Zando on the 05/12/2018 with regards to an en query to an adverti*****t email that was sent to me, as i am subscribed to them.

I have received no response from them to date ! Or even to just to acknowledge my email and tell me if they have the item or not !

Why put an customer email address on your website if you do not attend to it ! its now 15 days later !

Worst customer service ever !
