ZANDO WORST COMPANY TO BUY FROM

I bought boots at Zando. The sole is damaged and it hurts my feet, they sent me an email telling me they will collet the shoes. i have been promised for a whole week they will collect the damaged product. I am so tired of sending mails to customer service.
