ZANDO worse online shop

I purchased 2 t-shirts that were on sale and made an instant payment however my order got cancelled anyways.I called and emailed to no answer until days later when I was told they can’t or won’t do anything with my cancelled order I told them to give me a voucher to still buy the same items and was told it’s not possible.I’m yet to receive my refund a week later and the t-shirts are back to normal price which is very much u fair to me and I still want the t-shirts while they still have my money and they are now more expensive
