Zando wont refund me: ORDER ***

I bought two items from Zando, on the 21st of June 2018, ORDER ********** 18. A week later, zando informed me that the item ordered is out of stock and had to refund me. The second item was delivered, but had to be returned back to Zando as they were big, and again, zando had to refund me. On the 17th, we all agreed that Zando will refund me and that I should allow 10 days to get the money back. To date, 3 August, Zando has not refunded me. Please help,
