ZANDO WONT REFUND GYM CLOTHES

I ordered a matching athleisure set from MishMesh Boutique on Zando. The item received is not as per the image. The image has full length leggings, I received 3/4 length leggings. I don't wear 3/4 length. Zando is unwilling to refund the item as they consider it underwear. It's not panties. It's gym clothes. If other brands accept refunds for gym clothes then so should Zando. MishMesh Boutique turns out to be a Facebook Marketplace brand. So it's a **** basically.
