Zando will never see me again.

It is the most frustrating thing in the world if you order goods for an occasion and never receive it in the timeline provided by the company. What is even worse is that there is no customer service!! After not receiving my goods in the time provided by Zando numerous emails have been sent with not response. I mean the phone line never gets answered even after holdings for hours on end. WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I feel sick when I see you guys advertising December specials when you are not even able to deliver orders made and paid for in November!! Ridiculous!!!
