Zando, what's happening?

Generally, I like Zando. In the past I've had really good service and products are always good quality and some awesome specials often. But I think they are in way over their head after Black Friday...I placed an order and I'm still waiting. I phoned the customer service line two weeks ago to ask that they don't delivery last week, as I'm out of town....so guess what, they tried to deliver. I then mailed them again to ask them to deliver this week - but so far, no good. As a previous person said - you can dial the customer service line, but don't expect it to be answered. I held 10min / then 5 minutes / then 14 minutes. Not even my e-mails are being answered. Comon man, you guys are dropping the ball here.
